This track will be featured in the soundtrack for the highly anticipated F1 game, alongside contributions from renowned artists such as Jamie XX, Diplo, Austin Millz, and Sofi Tukker, all launching on the same day. Additionally, it will be highlighted in a national Apple TV campaign scheduled to air on June 20.

“CONTROL” is a compelling electronic composition that radiates confidence and exemplifies Martin’s distinctive cinematic production style. With a notable history of collaborations with artists like Post Malone, Jin from BTS, and Suki Waterhouse, as well as significant campaigns for major franchises including Marvel, Star Wars, and Apple, Martin continues to redefine the boundaries of pop, film, and electronic music.
This single marks the inaugural release under Parasol Music, a label, creative sync agency, and community that Martin co-founded with his wife, Grace Hong, in 2024. “Parasol is evolving into a hub for purpose-driven artists and embodies a new model that reflects the next wave of the music industry,” Martin states.
The inspiration behind “CONTROL” draws from themes of female empowerment, celebrating resilience and the capacity to overcome challenges, even in the face of adversity.
Looking ahead, Martin Wave, who is primarily recognized for his production work, is preparing to release his debut album in 2025.
